Photos taken by Dominique Tarlé during Keith Richards' and Anita Pallenberg's stay at their rented home, Villa Nellcôte, in the South of France in the Spring and Summer of 1971. During this time, The Rolling Stones wrote and recorded most of the music from their double album "Exile on Main Street"

I think people forget sometimes that celebrities are just normal people like anyone else. I looked up this gallery because being a music fan I wated to learn a little bit about a time and place that I had heard talked about many times in magazines and urban legends and on the internet. But looking through the photos really makes you realise that you are looking at a time in peoples lives their memories and everything.
Hi People, I would just like to make an introduce myself to everyone at Multiply...Your profile is fantastic! Usually when I visit other profiles, I just come across rubbish, but this time I was really surprised, finding a helpful profile containing great information and entertaining. Thanks people and keep the brilliant effort up.
